This incident has been resolved. We are continuing to monitor the situation.

This issue has been resolved and all sites are operational. No data was lost. We have expanded capacity and optimized log management. Additional safeguards are being implemented to prevent recurrence.

Our production database is experiencing a storage capacity bottleneck in its log management system. This has temporarily affected transaction processing. The issue does not involve data loss, and our team is currently clearing space and implementing changes to prevent recurrence. Services are being restored and should return to normal operation shortly.

We are continuing to investigate this issue.

Chili Support was able to do a soft restart on their services and that has resolved this issue.

We are continuing to work with Chili Support to resolve the outage.

Sites are now accessible again and we are investigating the cause/monitoring.

This incident has been resolved. Old files were purged. The clean up utility was improved. It is now running more frequently (daily) and is cleaning up additional locations for archives.

The problem was identified as a drive at capacity. The archive/log clean up script failed.
